These terms govern use of mcastelnoble.com, published by American Telesis, Inc. (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. The service described here
MCastelnoble describes enterprise telecom infrastructure, software-defined networking, dedicated cloud connectivity, and corporate data-path planning. It is not a residential internet service and it does not activate carrier circuits from this website.
2. No automatic agreement
Requesting a demo opens an email to info@mcastelnoble.com. A demonstration is not an order for bandwidth. Any later statement of work is a separate document. Carrier service, if required, is contracted with the carrier.
3. Using the site
You agree to use the site for lawful business inquiries, to give accurate contact details, and not to interfere with the site, attempt to probe it, or send malware. You may not copy the pages for a competing site or misrepresent that you are MCastelnoble.
4. Intellectual property
Text, layout, and marks on this site are owned by American Telesis, Inc. or used with permission. You may share links to the public pages. You may not reuse the pages as your own commercial site.
5. Disclaimer
The site is an introduction to MCastelnoble. It is not legal, engineering, environmental-permit, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on this site promises a specific availability percentage, a particular carrier route, or that a design will satisfy a regulator or a customer contract. Network designs depend on the sites, the providers, and the requirements the enterprise actually writes down. Pages may change, and a feature described here may not be available in every location.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, American Telesis, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for a claim about the site itself is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky are the venue for disputes about the site, unless a non-waivable law says otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above will change. Continued use is acceptance of the update.
