FAQ

Before you book a walkthrough.

Scope, ownership, and what the form will not activate. The design notes are on solutions.

Is this a home internet plan?

No. MCastelnoble is an enterprise platform. It is not residential broadband, and it does not sign up households for a consumer connection.

Who operates it?

American Telesis, Inc. owns and operates mcastelnoble.com. The headquarters are at 10170 Linn Station Road, Suite 520, Louisville, KY 40223.

What does a demo include?

A scheduled walkthrough of how the platform describes software-defined networking, dedicated cloud connections, and corporate data paths. You leave with a clearer picture of scope. You do not leave with a live circuit.

Do you replace our carrier?

Underlying carrier circuits, if a design needs them, are contracted separately with the provider that will actually deliver them. MCastelnoble is the planning and platform layer American Telesis, Inc. brings to that conversation.

What is SD-WAN in this context?

Software-defined networking here means a design in which enterprise traffic policies are expressed in software across more than one path, instead of being frozen in a single router configuration. The demo shows how the platform talks about that. It is not a promise of a particular uptime figure.

Where is the team based?

The operating company is in Louisville, Kentucky. The platform is written for commercial enterprises in the United States. A form does not book travel.

How do we ask for a demo?

Use the form, email info@mcastelnoble.com, or call +1 (502) 420-9011 on weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Include the company and which sites are in scope.

Do you sell personal data from the demo form?

No. The Privacy Policy explains what the form collects, how cookies work, and how to reach privacy@mcastelnoble.com.
